How to use the presentation timer

  1. Set the talk length and when the yellow and red warnings should appear (minutes remaining).
  2. Go fullscreen on a laptop or tablet the speaker can see, then press Start.
  3. Green means on track, yellow means start wrapping up, red means conclude now. After zero it counts overtime as +mm:ss.

Frequently asked questions

What do the green, yellow and red lights mean?

Green: you have plenty of time. Yellow: start wrapping up. Red: finish your current point and conclude. This timer switches colors at the minutes-remaining you choose.

Does it show how far over time I went?

Yes. After zero the display stays red and counts up with a plus sign, so you can see exactly how long the talk overran.
