Terms of Use

Using Online Timer

Online Timer is a free website with timers, countdowns, clocks, calculators and classroom tools, provided by Stuon. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Free, as is

The site is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep every tool accurate and online, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove features at any time.

Accuracy of results

Calculators, time zone conversions, sunrise and sunset times, moon phases and event dates are calculated in your browser and are meant for general, everyday use. Always double-check results that matter, such as pay, overtime, legal or travel deadlines, before relying on them. Event dates marked "estimated" or "to be confirmed" may change.

Timers and alarms run in your browser and can be affected by your device, browser settings, power saving or a closed tab. Don't use them where a missed alert could cause harm, such as for medicine, cooking safety or anything safety-critical.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, break its security, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. You're welcome to embed timers with our Embed a Timer tool, as long as the attribution link stays in place.

Stuon accounts

Signing in and syncing sessions uses your Stuon account, which is governed by Stuon's own terms. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe.

Content and trademarks

The site's design, text and code belong to Stuon. Product names and event names mentioned on the site (for example, holidays, sports tournaments or game shows) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what a tool does. There is no affiliation or endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stuon is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. Questions? Reach us on Instagram (@studoapp) or through stuon.space.
